400 Bad request

Hi, I've tried to use your package, and I keep hitting 400 response from BitBucket when making POST requests to cloud server.

the issue seems to be originated from the custom headers you added:

'User-Agent': 'Node Bitbucket',
'content-type': 'application/json'

removing them makes the code works smoothly.

I've tested it with all the API endpoints of pullrequests
