Consider enable Apple Silicon binaries by default

Now most Macs are Apple Silicon powered so it can be viable to enable embedded-postgres-binaries-darwin-arm64v8 runtime dependency by default. And after a couple of years, remove the embedded-postgres-binaries-darwin-amd64 dependency.

Actually, both packages contain identical binaries in Apple Universal format. The original "packaging system" didn't support this, so we needed a package matching Apple Silicon naming conventions. There's now a fallback mechanism - if an ARM package isn't found, it loads the x86 package. Older binaries use Rosetta translation, while newer ones include both architectures natively.

So embedded-postgres-binaries-darwin-amd64 since PG14 contains native binaries for both x86 and Apple Silicon. I know this is confusing, but fixing it properly requires backward-incompatible changes.

I plan to switch from embedded-postgres-binaries-darwin-amd64 to embedded-postgres-binaries-darwin-arm64v8 in the next major version since it's not backward-compatible.
