UI : Button to stop recording

A button to stop the "recording" status.

Enabled: When the user is currently recording
Disabled: No open browser session / recording session.

Note: If user clicks close browser button, the recording session should be stopped.

     If the user closes the browser automatically, the next time we interact with the browser should stop the browser session.
