fix: enforce explicit multi-platoon data ownership

Summary

• remove the selectable unscoped legacy profile and quarantine old unscoped files
• require captured packets to pass verified client, 21905 identity, and server admission before profile-scoped persistence
• add explicit existing/new Platoon selection for identity-free 21917 CSV imports
• scope packet history, backups, settings, checkpoints, members, and weekly data to one immutable profile
• restore scoped v3 backups on fresh installations and tighten Main capture-status spacing

• 60/60 connected Android integration tests on SM-N976N
• release lint (0 errors)
• optimized signed release assembly
