Adds typed Unix peer evidence with per-field provenance and optional pid. macOS sync and async streams query peer uid/gid and pid; the existing Linux credential tuple remains compatible.
Verification: macOS sync/async distinct-client tests, Rust 1.88 tests, Linux arm64 tests, and local pre-push checks passed. Native CI runs on this draft PR.
