We build, host, and babysit Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce shops for clients who actually care whether their checkout works on Black Friday. Then we glue everything to the rest of their business via 9Yards Connect, our in-house middleware platform that has, against all odds, never lost a single order in transit.

• Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, New Relic, because if a tree falls in production and Grafana isn’t there to alert us, did it really fall?
• GitLab CI/CD, keeping our deploys boring (which is exactly how we like them)
