Each analysis demo is a byte-identical copy of the source repository's standalone HTML. demo-manifest.json records its source commit and SHA-256. When updating a tool, copy its HTML here and update the manifest. CI checks file hashes and local navigation targets. The existing GitHub Pages branch configuration publishes the landing page and copies together; no application build or data service is needed. Keep the existing source/visibility settings.
