[Feature]: Allow test case selection

Suggest to extended SDSIO-Server with features for test case selection.

Extend SDSIO_MON_FLAGS with TestCase. This selects a specific test case from the sdsio.yml and is intended for interactive usage.

@arneschmid, I have added an initial implementation that enables selecting a playback step either through the remote monitor command or with the --playback parameter. @ReinhardKeil, I assume TestCase is the sequential number of a play: step in sdsio.yml, starting with 1. For example, TestCase = 1 selects the first entry in the play: list, TestCase = 2 selects the second entry, and so on. Similarly, --playback 1 selects the first play: step, while --playback 2 selects the second one. Is this interpretation correct?

display of the SDSIO-Server as also documented at 2a8dd34#diff-546d177012d09c9097480c7283d66514aac89b451bc8ea886cf3da2e0c9b7186R238 is odd.

It says Playback step 0/0: Test 0. which seems odd, like it is executing step 0 out of 0 defined steps, I suggest just remove /0 part to avoid the confusion, or write total number of steps after / instead of 0, which then looks again weird like step 0/1, so IMHO just remove /0.

Reopening this issue to track the follow-up changes.

@MiloradCvjetkovic , I implemented the changes as discussed:

• Playback step indexes are zero-based. Index 0 selects the first configured play: step.
• For SDSIO_MON_FLAGS, TestCase = 0xFFFFFFFF represents all configured steps. With START | PLAYBACK, SDSIO-Server plays them sequentially.

@arneschmid, please update the SDS extension accordingly to use zero-based indexes and 0xFFFFFFFF for all steps.
