Nix and the AUR: neither exists yet. Each is a package kept outside this repository and needs someone to keep it current, so I'd move these two to Future unless you want them in 2.6.
Agreed. A step in the Terminal's release workflow can render both from the release itself, so nothing outside this repository has to be kept current by hand:
AUR: an amcli-bin PKGBUILD installed from the release's .deb, with the version and checksums filled in by the script, and pushed to the AUR's git. That needs an AUR account to own the package and its SSH key as a repository secret, which only you can set up.
Nix: a flake.nix here that fetches the same release (nix run github:asc-community/AngouriMath#amcli), with the version and hash updated by the same step.
Shall I write both? I'll leave the AUR push switched off until the key exists.
Moved to 2.7.0: the packaging builds on the Terminal's release workflow from #1541. The AUR part needs an account and a key only a maintainer can set up.
Debian: the release's .deb installs amcli and passes its arguments, with the man page and the completion script (done before amcli for Nix and the AUR #2207).
Nix: the repository is a flake. Run from master in nixos/nix, nix run github:asc-community/AngouriMath -- simp "x + x" gives 2 * x. It installs the latest release's archive, and the Terminal release workflow opens a PR moving it to each new release.
AUR: the release workflow renders the PKGBUILD of amcli-bin. Built from the 2.6.0 release with makepkg in archlinux:base-devel, it installs and runs. It is pushed only where the repository has an AUR_SSH_KEY secret.
What is left is yours: an AUR account to own amcli-bin, with an SSH key registered with it, and the private key added as the repository secret AUR_SSH_KEY. The next release then publishes it. After that this can be closed.

Moved from AngouriMathCLI. Feature, 2.6.0.
.debs for amd64, arm and arm64 (pack-deb-linux.sh, released with each release since The Terminal is released with the packages, under their version #1541). They install a launcher namedangourimath-terminalthat drops its arguments, though, so the one-shot commands of amcli answers one command and exits, as the standalone CLI did #1654 can't be reached from the package, and the package has noamclicommand. I'll fix both, together with the man page (manentry #1658) and the completion script (bash-autocompletion script #1659).The Terminal's .deb installs amcli, with a man page and completion

I think a publishing script can just as easily solve this though.
