Fix the unterminated prompt separator and restore missing regex whitespace escapes in injection signatures. Add regression cases, repair static checks, narrow file-handler fallback errors, and fix Terraform syntax with a validation job.
Validation
20 tests passed; Ruff and Black passed; Terraform fmt/validate passed; runtime pip-audit found no known vulnerabilities. No live model-provider calls or cloud deployment were performed. Regex screening remains a baseline control, not complete injection protection.
Scope
Organisation-owned public repository only. Changes are proposed on a focused branch; no default-branch push or deployment.
