Stop dispatching published Docs changes to MCPs, Clis and SDK. Their code contracts are delivered directly by PlatformBackend; retain published-content dispatch to APIs and Skills.
Validation:
actionlint .github/workflows/dispatch-on-push.ymlpassedRollout: land the SDK consumer before the PlatformBackend dispatch change, then remove the redundant Docs fan-out. MCPs and Clis already have direct PlatformBackend consumers. Existing open issues and PRs are preserved.
Review: self-reviewed source ownership, replay behavior, immutable source validation and CI gating. No separate adversarial review was requested.
Rollback: revert this workflow change; no database or runtime migration is involved.
