sync: align Suno provider surface with latest Docs OpenAPI

Docs added/changed Suno contract details that were missing in the SDK surface. This PR syncs Suno request models/endpoints to match the latest OpenAPI, including new endpoint coverage and updated parameter contracts across Python, TypeScript, and Go.

• Provider surface sync (Python/TypeScript/Go)

  • Added Suno model enum values: chirp-v6, chirp-v6-wild, chirp-v6-mini.
  • Added replace_section_result_mode to /suno/audios with default full_song.
  • Updated /suno/vox signature contract to require vocal_start and vocal_end.
  • Updated /suno/upload contract to include mode (default standard) and optional name.

• New endpoint coverage

  • Added /suno/mp3 to service manifest and generated provider clients.
  • Exposed mp3 method in Suno providers (pollable task endpoint behavior preserved).

• Generator source sync

  • Updated Suno pinned specs under scripts/specs/* for affected operations.
  • Updated scripts/services.json to include the new Suno operation ID/path mapping.
