Root scripts now target @adaptive-web/adaptive-ui. Other packages stay in the workspace but are ignored by Changesets. adaptive-ui enters pre mode and moves to 1.0.0-beta.0; other packages keep their 0.14.0 pins and resolve from the registry. The figma plugin's adaptive-ui entry moves from peerDependencies to dependencies so install works. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Every package now builds and lints on TypeScript ^5.9.3. typescript, eslint, typescript-eslint and @types/node are declared once in the root devDependencies instead of per package. culori moves to ^4.0.2 to match @types/culori 4, and adaptive-ui-designer-core now declares the culori runtime dependency it imports. build now removes dist first so deleted sources can't leave stale compiled specs behind. PR validation uses checkout/setup-node v6 with the built-in npm cache and npm ci, dropping the deprecated set-output cache step. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
