These articles need to be moved out of the archive because the issues they describe are common to both AdGuard for Windows v8 and v7:

After merging this PR, it's needed to merge this one in TDS (because 1 link is changed) - https://github.com/AdGuardSoftwareLimited/tds-service/pull/14
