This PR adds src/pages/test/devsite-2480/modify-delete.md and deletes src/pages/no-sidenav-1.md.

Expected

• Push 1 (clean page): lint passes, and only modify-delete.md is linted. No ENOENT for the deleted file.
• Push 2 (lint error added to the page): lint fails on that error only. No ENOENT.

Draft for testing only. It'll be closed without merging.
