Adds a Windows WPF launcher for offices supervised by scheduled tasks, with Start, Stop, Restart, health/task status and bounded live log tabs. Stop targets only the direct server/SSH children of the configured supervisors, preserving worker process trees. Closing the GUI leaves services running.
Documents configuration and render-only preview mode. UTF-8 BOM and encoding-aware log reads support Windows PowerShell 5.1.
Validation: typecheck and build passed; WPF screenshot visually inspected; isolated process-control check passed. Full npm test stalled. Bounded rerun: 550 passed, 36 failed, 4 cancelled, including Windows process/cleanup issues and timeouts. The existing suite is not green on this machine. Live workers were not interrupted for control tests.
