There is a slight change in the pip install -r requirements.txt command, as it had a little typo that was stopping it from running and showing an error, hence I have corrected it

i changed the requirements.txt command as due to a grammatical error when i used to run the originally mentioned command it gave me error so when i corrected it then i worked smoothly, that is what i have done here
