Added missing tutorial panels. Changed the order of the panels. Made sure that the tutorial texts are visible on all layouts.
Cutouts now use the color of the object, instead of defaulting to white. Tutorial text is updated. Added cutouts to display clan logo and coins in TutorialPanelInfoBox.
Added skip tutorial functionality for the tutorial. Changed the background color and transparency for the tutorial.
Made tutorials show text if there is some on the object. Made sure that the skip tutorial button is always on top. Changed and added tutorial sprites.
Redid the changes done in 10-MenuUi, since it had issues with the main branch.

Kaksi asiaa huomasin tuota testatessa.
- Pääikkunanapit tutoriaaliteksti päätyy osin ruudun ulkopuolelle. Pitää korjata ikkunan reunojen tarkistus että se siirtää sen tekstilaatikon ruudun sisäpuolelle.
- Osa tutoriaaliteksteistä päätyy "Ohita" tekstin päälle. Ja klaani tutoriaalitekstit kohdalla se päätyy sen alle niin, että teksti boksia on vaikea lukea. Kannattaa varmaan siirtää se "Ohita tutoriaali" teksti toiselle puolelle ikkunaa tässä tilanteessa.

Added missing tutorial panels, added the ability to skip tutorial midway, changed background fade color from white to black, refactored and added tutorial text, made tutorial images use the color of the original image component (makes avatar's colors match correctly).
