I improved and changed the single rule for .well-know folder.
We have to check 2 times with 2 differents syntaxes for thoses rules :

• one for Apache in the case listening on TCP/80 (this actual PR)
• one for Nginx when listening on TCP/443. ([enh] Dotfiles deny for Nginx template alternc-nginx-ssl#3)
