This PR introduces a new processing function to generate Cobaya configuration for running CosmoPipe likelihoods via the cosmosis_cobaya_interface, by constructing a Cobaya .yaml file from existing CosmoSIS inputs and pipeline settings.

prepare_cobaya.shto generate a Cobaya YAML config under a newcobaya_inputs/datablock directory. - Add
prepare_cobaya.man.shto register the new mode, its inputs/outputs, and runtime command.
