About The Pull Request
Adds Heavy Inquisitorial armor and the Inquisitors that use them. Sprites by @Imaginos16
Why It's Good For The Game
Having a hunter ERT is very useful for situations where the masquerade or veil is tenuous, but SWAT or the Nat'l Guard have no reason to be there. Also, having more scary armor in the backlog for storytellers is very useful.
