Wishlist: timeout for `FILES_WAIT`?

Would be nice to have the option for a timeout for FILES_WAIT.

Generally: If CInbox repeats the same message / issue / reason for X minutes/hours - stop it from doing so and bail out gracefully?

(go to error, stop logging and only mark "repeated n times" - something like that)
