Clarify audited contract semantics

Summary

• document that ERC-1155 per-ID caps bind live supply while ERC-721 Series caps bind lifetime-issued IDs
• preserve and document intentional ERC-721 self-transfer hook callbacks, with a canonical-clone regression test
• clarify that OP Stack prevrandao is inherited from the L1 origin rather than fresh per L2 block
• align the bundled ABX skill and add a CLI changeset

No deployed contract source, ABI, bytecode, address, or runtime behavior changes.

Deferred contract-source candidates are tracked in #43 and do not independently trigger a new generation.
