Fixes BOOST-745

Proposed changes

Hide Products and Help in React and PHP footers unless My Jetpack confirms initialization, page registration, and user access. Preserve existing host restrictions and custom links.

Testing instructions

With SCRIPT_DEBUG=false, inspect the pages below. Offline mode or disabling My Jetpack initialization should hide both links. Restoring availability should show them.

Components and consumer JavaScript suites, Boost/My Jetpack PHP suites, 15 footer PHP tests, ESLint, PHPCS, compatibility checks, and My Jetpack/Jetpack Phan passed locally.

The full Jetpack PHP suite has one Related Posts failure, reproduced on trunk.

Docker used local connection fixtures; fully connected WordPress.com navigation was not exercised. Available and offline screenshots cover 1280, 782, and RTL:

  • To test on Simple, run the following command on your sandbox:
bin/jetpack-downloader test jetpack fm/boost-745-footer-myjetpack-links
