The inline support links in the settings cards still pointed at jetpack.com (or akismet.com) on WordPress.com sites. Add a small `components/support-link` helper (`SupportLink`, `getSupportUrl`, `openWpcomSupportDoc`) with the same rule as `SupportInfo`: WordPress.com sites get the WordPress.com doc in the Help Center, self-hosted sites keep the Jetpack doc in a new tab. - Anti-spam: popover linked to akismet.com; add the WordPress.com doc. - Related Posts: inline "block editor" link and the block-theme card. - Stats: "Learn More" shown while Stats is inactive. - Site Verification: "full instructions" link. - Google Analytics: "find your Measurement ID" link. The old redirect anchor (#step-2-…) does not exist on the doc; use #get-your-measurement-id. - Earn: the PayPal CTA card. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-up to #52436, which made the "Learn more" links in the Settings info popovers open WordPress.com support docs in the Help Center on WordPress.com sites. Several inline support links in the settings cards still pointed at jetpack.com (or akismet.com) on those sites.
