Replaces the disconnected Vapi onboarding call with Telnyx's Call Control API and hosted AI Assistant. Adds an opt-in daily check-in call (settings UI, phone number capture, preferred time in IST, 15-min cron matcher) and writes the assistant's post-call summary insight back to daily_checkins. Removes dead Vapi code and CSP entry.

Added AI voice check-in calls (onboarding + recurring) via Telnyx, with a persistent memory system: each call generates a summary, which gets synthesized into a rolling memory_context per user so the assistant recalls what they've been working on across calls. Call summaries are also embedded (pgvector) so the assistant can look up specific past topics on demand mid-conversation. Includes a settings UI for call frequency/time and a cron job to trigger due calls automatically.
