Random Rain is an evolving idea for a simple question:
Can micro-stimulus be distributed globally using randomness instead of bureaucracy, gatekeeping, or politics?
This repository serves as the public vault for those early experiments. It contains release bundles, QuietDrop concepts, notes, sketches, and files that mark the starting point of a project that is intentionally being built in the open.
Random Rain is:
not corporate
not finished
not pretending to be perfect
It is a live idea under construction, growing in real time.

This project is intentionally imperfect.
