Pull request overview
This PR updates the package “Documentation” table to include a new HTML link for the Reference Manual, alongside the existing PDF manual link, in preparation for upcoming HTML manual pages.

In preparation for the HTML manual pages, I've added a cell to the table for linking the HTML pages along side the PDF versions.
Note⚠️ This should be merged when the HTML manuals have been created.
