Intent

Complete stages 1 through 3 of the full product identity rename. Make no-slop and ns canonical everywhere, keep every no-mistakes and nm spelling as a bidirectional alias for the same logical setting and physical state, reject conflicting old and new values including explicitly empty values, keep physical state at ~/.no-mistakes without migration, preserve the separate noslop policy engine, prove canonical legacy mixed live-state and isolation parity, document but do not execute Stage 4, and ship through the repository gate to main without weakening tests.

What Changed

  • Added the canonical no-slop entrypoint and centralized product identity resolution so no-slop/ns are primary while no-mistakes/nm remain equal-value aliases.
  • Renamed config, environment, workflow, install, docs, skill, telemetry, service, hook, and release surfaces to the new identity while preserving physical state under ~/.no-mistakes.
  • Added compatibility coverage and rollout documentation for alias conflict rejection, mixed canonical/legacy live state, install/e2e script parity, and Stage 4 as documentation-only.
