This change hardens the signing setup by verifying the Windows Artifact Signing Client Tools MSI is authentic and signed by Microsoft before installation. It also removes unused macOS icon variables and switches the icon generator script to bash so `set -euo pipefail` works correctly in this environment.
Allow Ctrl/Cmd+Left/Right to step video frames while paused, while preserving chapter navigation during playback. This adds the new frame-step service call, updates shortcut labels, and covers the behavior with widget and service tests.
