Add a dedicated mirror finalization command, require stable releases to configure AFTER_PACK_LOC, and skip beta mirroring unless explicitly overridden.
Restore player keyboard focus after dialogs, media-surface clicks, and window activation. Prevent repeated Ctrl/Cmd arrow events from triggering duplicate chapter or frame-step actions, and update the beta.3 release metadata.
