Bumps the app from 4.3.0-beta.3 to 4.3.0, updates release metadata/changelog, and refreshes key dependencies (including Electron and js-yaml). It also tightens renderer behavior around wizard/modal stacking, preview cancellation, playlist/preset application, queue override handling, and settings persistence so newer state is not overwritten. Tests and coverage thresholds were expanded to cover queue/preset/taskbar progress edge cases introduced in this release.
