Can't connect to Scilab 5.5.2 in Windows 10 #21

Version 5.5.2 of Scilab, in Windows 10, don't have any *-cli.exe file to set SCILAB_EXECUTABLE to. The only executable files are Scilex.exe and WScilex.exe, but none of them can be used to connect the Jupyter kernel to.
