WebCheck 0.6.0

This draft PR extends the passive website diagnostics tool while keeping main unchanged.

Added

  • Configurable, bounded same-origin page crawler (depth 1–3, max 5–30 pages).
  • Robots.txt and sitemap-aware page discovery; no external-domain crawling or automatic redirect following.
  • Per-page HTTP, title and SEO warning summaries; blocked pages are separated from confirmed HTTP errors.
  • Optional Google PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse report with mobile/desktop strategy, category scores, lab metrics and opportunities.
  • Browser-local history of the latest eight reports.
  • Report comparison for overall score, category scores, changed checks and broken-page count.
  • Bilingual UI, updated project documentation and standalone ZIP artifact.

Safety and privacy

  • Existing passive-only diagnostics, URL validation, DNS/IP filtering, request limits, rate limiting and concurrency limits remain in place.
  • Crawler uses only public unauthenticated pages and respects robots.txt.
  • Lighthouse is opt-in; when enabled, the page URL is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights.
  • Scan history stays in local browser storage and is not uploaded to the WebCheck server.

Validation

  • Node.js 18, 20 and 22 CI matrix.
  • Syntax checks pass.
  • 38 automated tests pass.
  • Standalone archive is generated from the CI build.

This PR intentionally remains a draft and is not merged into main.
