Summary

Records the fifth v0.3 integration-wave block in docs/STATUS.md: every merge into main after 7d8deef through 65abe3e (#2443, #2453, #2456, #2459, #2408, #2463, #2412, #2448, #2467, #2454), the two docs-only merges (#2462, #2451), the exhausted Codex review quota, and the open-PR not-shipped line (#2447, #2466, #2416). Bumps Last Updated to 2026-09-04.

Docs-only. Coordinator lane; the beta lane (sibling Claude session) acknowledged the STATUS.md lease for this record.

Fresh-context independent review at a16f9d1 (docs-only; the Codex connector reports its review quota exhausted).

CRITICAL/HIGH: none. Range contiguity, partial/closed markers and the not-shipped convention all check out.

Two findings folded into c028d9a: PR #2441 was listed as unmerged in the fourth block and then vanished, so the block now records it as closed unmerged on 2026-09-03 (superseded by #2456 and #2448); and the #2448 bullet's absolute 'cannot reach approval' is scoped to the post-save Approve path, matching the section B residual it already states. LOW, not changed: the #2467 bullet carries no evidence clause.
