1.0.0 dexbot wont start

Expected Behavior

normal start up

Actual Behavior

gui never gets fully launched. the prompt screen opens and runs normal until crashing after these lines:
[13508] LOADER: Running pyi_rth_multiprocessing.py
[13508] LOADER: Running pyi_rth_pkgres.py
[13508] LOADER: Running pyi_rth_qt5.py
[13508] LOADER: Running gui.py

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. use windows 10
2. download and instal new dexbot zipfile as un upgrade
   3.open software

• OS: windowds 10

I have the same problem on Ubuntu Server 18.04 with dexbot-cli run
