Remove AS8100 - no longer QuadraNet (transferred to an Australian residential ISP) #7
The quadra_net list (blocklists/geolite/asn/Q/quadra_net.ipset, built from the repository variable BL_QUADRA_NET_ASN = AS8100 in .github/workflows/blocklist-generate.yml) lists AS8100 as QuadraNet. AS8100 was transferred from ARIN (QuadraNet Enterprises) to APNIC on 18 August 2026 and now belongs to Splice Internet Pty Ltd, a residential and small-business broadband ISP in Victoria, Australia. It originates only 157.85.128.0/18, 163.128.244.0/23 and 2402:58a0::/32, all home and business customers. QuadraNet's former prefixes are now announced by other networks, and this entry no longer matches any QuadraNet address: the 2026-10-17 build of quadra_net.ipset contains only our three prefixes, so any server subscribed to the QuadraNet list now blocks our customers.
Could you drop AS8100 from BL_QUADRA_NET_ASN (or retire the quadra_net list if QuadraNet no longer has an ASN of its own)? This is a data report rather than a CSF bug, so I haven't used the bug form.
Happy to answer any questions: hey@splice.au (Splice Internet, the AS8100 registrant contact).
I'm doing some investigation real quick just to double confirm the status of QuadraNet. There seems to be drama surrounding that company, and a bankruptcy was in the works.
So I'm just reviewing the information to see if it needs dropped completely, or if they maintain any other ASNs.

Thanks for letting me know, I'll drop this in the list.

It appears that the company has one remaining ASN,
AS62639. But for the most part, QuadraNet has been aquired by HostPapa.I've removed
AS8100, so it should not be added to the blocklists on the next generation cycle.
