**Learning:** 디렉토리를 순회하며 처리하는 루프(`process_dir`) 내부에서 변경되지 않는 큰 문자열(CSS)을 매번 할당하고 SHA-256 해시를 계산하면, 불필요한 메모리 할당 및 CPU 오버헤드가 발생합니다.
**Action:** 이를 방지하기 위해 정적 데이터와 결정론적 연산 결과는 `private object` 내부에 `const val`과 `@JvmField`를 사용하여 추출함으로써 반복 할당을 방지하고 테스트 커버리지 하락을 예방합니다.
