**Learning:** `process_dir`와 같이 자주 호출되는 함수 내에서 SHA-256 해싱과 같은 비싼 연산 및 불변 정적 문자열(CSS 콘텐츠 등)을 매번 평가하면, 불필요한 할당과 처리 오버헤드가 발생합니다.
**Action:** 이러한 항목들은 파일 최상단의 `private val` 상수로 호이스팅하여 중복 연산을 피해야 합니다. `private val`을 사용하면 불필요한 getter가 생성되지 않아 Jacoco 커버리지 지표에도 악영향을 주지 않습니다.
