Summary

  • Add a stable required-pr-ci aggregate status check.
  • Make the required CI workflow run for every pull request.
  • Keep all existing validation jobs unchanged.
  • Do not modify project code or dependencies.

Safety

  • No repository rulesets were modified.
  • No pull request was merged.
  • No auto-merge was enabled.
