fix: align P2E boot and model runtime layout

Summary

• relocate DTB staging to 0x8FE00000 so it does not overlap the Linux payload
• resolve ModelTest runtime outputs through the owning chip layout
• reject missing or ambiguous model layouts instead of packaging stale chip-less artifacts
• align Stable Diffusion kernel naming with bbdev and workload outputs

Verification

• bbdev kernel --build --model lenet succeeded
• rootfs contains /root/arg0.data, /root/images/8.bmp, and buddy-buckyball-lenet-run
• P2E LeNet completed with PASS classification=8 and return code 0
