Reverts #529, restoring
MountNode.node_base(1) andMountNode.base_namespace(6) and removingMountSeen.Motivation
MountNodeshould follow the sameNodeBasepattern as all other activity tree nodes. Base-namespace vs. non-base-namespace observations are instead keyed separately onMountNodein the Agent (DataDog/datadog-agent#58006).Describe how to test/QA your changes
Verified that reverting #529 restores the exact protobuf schema and generated Go, vtproto, and Java bindings prior to #529.
