Positional roots now carry count and an opaque payload CID. UnixFS stores canonical chunk-size/total-size JSON under that CID, verifies it before translating byte ranges to Core index intervals, and includes metadata in candidate dependency closure. Both ordinary and encrypted file writers use the same application contract.

Pins the exact Core implementation in DeWebProtocol/malt-core#221. Retired structural geometry is removed without compatibility readers.

Validation: full unixfs, model, planner, writeplan, and affected evaluation packages pass with GOWORK=off; go vet ./... and go build -buildvcs=false ./... pass. The Windows full suite was run and has filesystem/platform-specific failures; this PR runs the repository Linux suite and cross-platform compilation before integration.

Move Positional chunk geometry into canonical CID-bound application JSON, translate byte ranges to element-index ranges, and include root metadata in write-plan dependencies. Pin the exact Core root-only metadata implementation.
