CC @nicoburns this might be worth taking a look at to do IOS. Also @nilswloewen you might want to rebase this pr, as there is some conflicts and use some helpers avaliable from those conflicts. |

This PR introduces Android support for Geolocation. Solves #101
Breaking Change: The AndroidManifest.xml permissions require Dioxus v0.7.0-alpha0!
I am new to mobile developement and Dioxus so please let me know how I can better shape this PR to match the goals of this SDK.
