Fixes #64\n\nResolves the CLI startup banner from the same ProviderConfig used for initialization, including configured model and available fallbacks. Adds a real isolated Ollama subprocess regression covering the banner and startup path.\n\nValidation: make check; make lint; make test (130); make docs-check; make shell-check; git diff --check.
