The J112 is an N-channel depletion-mode Junction Field-Effect Transistor (JFET) primarily used as a high-speed analog switch or chopper in precision applications.
The BC846B is a widely used NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for general-purpose switching and amplification applications.
The MMBT3904 is a ubiquitous NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) housed in a compact SOT-23 surface-mount package.
