Finish the Chinese rule reference — the index and DOL001–DOL007

A self-contained chunk of #52, and the most concrete one: the Chinese set is started but stops after two pages.

What exists

docs/i18n/rules/zh/ currently holds DOL021.md and DOL022.md — the datetime family. The README is already translated at docs/i18n/README.zh.md.

What is missing

• docs/i18n/rules/zh/README.md — the index. Without it the translated section has no entry point, so a reader who lands on DOL021.md has no way to discover the rest.
• docs/i18n/rules/zh/DOL001.md … DOL007.md — the queryset family, the most frequently triggered rules in the set.

Take the index alone, or one family, or both — a PR per chunk is better than one large one.

Reference

The Vietnamese set at docs/i18n/rules/vi/ already covers exactly this shape — index plus DOL001–DOL007 — so use it as the model for structure and for how the index links out.

Translate the prose, not the code

Python examples, rule codes, option names and suppression syntax stay byte-identical so they stay copy-pasteable and greppable.

Acceptance criteria

• Files land under docs/i18n/rules/zh/.
• Code blocks, DOL*** codes and CLI flags are unchanged from the English source.
• docs/i18n/README.zh.md links the new pages.
• The PR confirms you read and write Chinese — I cannot review it myself.

@Justine0211 @hanzhe-one — flagging this one at you two directly, since between you the Chinese set is the only one already started.

@Justine0211 you translated DOL021/DOL022 and, along the way, caught a real error in the English source that had nothing to do with translating it. @hanzhe-one you did README.zh.md and then went back to refine it for native-speaker quality. This issue is the rest of that same thread: the index, and the DOL001-DOL007 queryset family.

There is a fresher reference than the Vietnamese set I pointed at when I opened this. #95 landed today and is exactly this shape — a locale that starts with one rule family plus its own index:

• docs/i18n/rules/it/README.md — the index, and worth copying for one specific reason: it states plainly that the locale is partial and links out to the full English reference. That is the right move when a locale covers 5 rules out of 19, and it is what docs/i18n/rules/zh/ is missing today.
• docs/i18n/rules/it/DOL011.md … DOL015.md — the pages themselves.

Two things I verified on that PR that are worth knowing before you start, because they are what I check:

1. Code blocks came back byte-identical to the English. Not "close" — identical. That is the acceptance criterion that matters most, because the examples have to stay copy-pasteable and greppable.
2. The index table repeats the canonical category, default severity and applicability from docs/rules/README.md unchanged. Translate the rule description, leave the metadata alone.

One thing that is now fixed in main and worth copying from the current state rather than from the #95 diff: the reference uses an em dash between a rule ID and its title (# DOL001 — ...) and an en dash inside a rule range. #97 normalised Italian to match; if you copy from main today you will inherit it correctly.

Take whichever piece you want — index alone, the family alone, or both, and a PR per chunk beats one big one. Nobody has claimed any of it. And if neither of you has the time, say so plainly and I will leave it open for someone else rather than let it sit looking spoken for.

I'd like to take the index-only chunk: add docs/i18n/rules/zh/README.md based on the current partial-locale index, and link it from docs/i18n/README.zh.md. I read and write Simplified Chinese and will keep the canonical rule metadata and links unchanged.
