The example still pinned py-v1.8.1, five minor releases behind PyPI; a copy-pasted config silently ran the older N+1 and migration-risk rules.

The pre-commit snippet in the README (and its es/ru/zh translations and
cli/README.md) pinnedpy-v1.8.1; PyPI is at 1.13.0. Both hook ids exist atpy-v1.13.0.
