…ment (#76) The Public code repository section claimed this checkout's git remote was None and that publishing was not done here. The repo is public at https://github.com/FetchDoge/permit (Apache-2.0 LICENSE reads back live, main at 33a3694, verified 2026-11-04), and the checklist itself is read by judges in that repo. Section now names the public URL as the Devpost repo field, with the form itself still filled at submission time. Functional demo measurement refreshed from 2026-10-14 to 2026-11-04 on main at 33a3694: six-beat replay VERIFIED, 26 receipts, 0.72s locally; full suite 425 passed, 3 skipped on the base tree today. New test test_checklist_names_public_repo pins the URL and the absence of both stale claims. Docs and one test only. Co-authored-by: Marcus Richards <marsoju@gmail.com>

The submission checklist lives in the published repo, but its Public code repository section said this checkout's git remote was None and that publishing was not done here. A judge reading the checklist on GitHub was told the page they were reading does not exist.
