Sometimes after updating mods or refresh mod list, it just hides all my mods. I have to swap to another sort method and back (usually checking for mod updates will bring them back, other times I have to quit Stardrop and restart the program. (There is also a long startup time, but that might be another matter.)
There are multiple logs in the stardrop log folder, two for today. I'm assuming the attached one is what you need.
